Important information
Client's nail health is our top priority, which is why we can only apply coating to healthy nails
If we notice any of the following symptoms, we will be unable to apply any coating;
Nail discoloration, abnormalities in texture, irregular shaping of the nail plate (for example, visible twisting), departure of the nail plate from the nail bed, injuries, bruises, etc.
We do not work with extended toenails and we won’t repair prosthetic toenails. We are also unable to extend, restore or repair cracked and broken toenails.
We remove all artificial material on the feet and cut only a safe layer of cuticle,leaving part of the stratum corneum to protect the skin from injury.
We ensure the coating is as close to the cuticle as possible.
We don’t apply coating under the cuticle, as this can harm the growth of the nail.
We do not offer «base alignment» on the toenails as this can cause the coating to thicken, leading to potentially irreversible damage. Procedures such as: treatment of warts (HPV), calluses, removal of ingrown nails,cleaning of onycholysis, nail tamponade, and treatment of cracks in the foot are performed only by a podiatrist, through appointment.
